When a buyer makes a purchase from Creative Mold / Vital Limits the buyer agrees to all terms an conditions written and/or linked on recipe or invoice above all other agreements.
Warranty Policy,
Vital Limits is an after market custom application shop. Vital Limits gets products to offer from various aftermarket manufactures. Vital Limits will honor warranty of a manufacture when the customer makes a purchase from Vital Limits at the discretion of the said manufacture. Item (s) may have to get sent back directly to manufacture for warranty.
Liability Policy
The buyer by making a purchase agrees and accepts any and all risks of injuries and /or death. The buyer (s) is responsible for reading and understanding the manufactures warranty and warnings prior to making the purchase of any products and/or having service work done by Creative Mold LLC / Vital Limits. Creative Mold LLC / Vital Limits is not responsible for any injuries and/or death.
Arrows should be flex tested for safety before and after everyone shot as well as visually inspected for any damages and/or defects prior to shooting by the the shooter.

Return Policy,
Creative Mold / Vital Limits is a custom application shop not a box store. As a general rule all our sales are final. Under our discretion only can a return be made. If a return is to be made there will be a 50% restocking fee under any circumstance and that may include any additional shipping costs.

Cancellation of an order,
Cancellation of an order and refund will be at Seller’s discretion. Only in rare circumstances will a refund be issued. If a refund is permitted a 70% restocking and/or cancellation fee of total sale including shipping will be applied under all circumstances. Please note changing your mind or selling your bow will not result in a refund.

Sales and Shipping Terms and conditions, but not limited to, as follows:
When a buyer receives his or her package / items the buyer is to immediately inspect the box for damages and/or missing items.
If there are any damages to the box or missing items the buyer is to report the matter immediately to the seller and shipping carrier within 24hrs. [ Damaged boxes are recommended to bring to carrier and open in front of the carrier. Pictures of damaged box should be taken immediately where the box lays from carrier ]
Any delay in reporting damaged package by the buyer after 24hrs from the time of delivery the buyer shall not be eligible for reimbursement or replacement of items. Time of delivery is to be proved by shipping carrier via tracking.
Any delays during shipping by carrier will not be subject to replacement of items by Seller. The buyer shall file a lost and/or damaged item claim with carrier direct.
Any delays in product from seller will not result in reimbursement of money. The Seller is subject to manufacture delays and busy times of the year.
All sales by seller are final once payment is recieved.
Buyers who are eligible for warranty services shall cover and and all shipping expense.
The Buyer upon making a purchase of items via PayPal Invoice and/or in shop paper receipt understands and agrees to all of the aforementioned terms and conditions. The Buyers purchase and/or deposit is his or her agreement.
Policy for Receiving and Replacement of wrong item(s).
If a buyer receives an incorrect item the buyer shall contact the seller within 5 business days. the Seller will send a prepaid shipping label to buyer. The buyer will ship the item back to the seller for inspection of the item for damages. Under the the Seller’s discretion only will be the correct item be shipped.
If the Seller receives the item(s) used and/or tampered with there will be no refund and no replacement. In that instance the Buyer will have to pay for shipping for return of item and fully reimbursement to Seller for the cost of prepaid shipping label. If no payment is made to the Seller then the Buyer agrees that his or her order is therefore “abandoned” .
